My name is Monika Ptok-Byard,
I am a Faerie and Fantasy artist from Ontario Canada.
I'm not good at writing biographies so I will try to make this short, simple and sweet. I love to draw. Art is one of those things that truly makes me happy, and I am fortunate enough to be doing something that I love so much! I've always been a daydreamer and fascinated by anything magical. If I wasn't drawing I would be outside playing or reading a book about fairytales, myth and magic. Most of my influences come from stories which I have read, music that I listen to, or things that I experience. I have always believed in childlike curiosity and seeing everything for its beauty. I hope you enjoy my art as much as I enjoy making it.
