| Aug 3, 2008 | Critical email problems continue! To make up for not receiving emails earlier, now I'm receiving hundreds and hundreds of repeats of each and every email since Friday. There are more than 18 thousand emails that I've received in less than 12 hours, and they continue to pour in. This, naturally, means a bit of a backlog, as even mass-deleting these takes a lot of time and I am spending most of every day at the Tanana Valley State Fair until August 9. I apologize for any delay in correspondence and am working with my server to get the problems fixed as soon as possible. Update, August 4: I have over 100 thousand emails and thousands more every hour. The problem has been identified, but I've received no eta on a fix. Until it has been resolved, I am functionally without email! Feel free to contact me using private messaging at the forum, which I can check, or - if you are an existing artist - via the artist backend site (use 'alert an admin'). I apologize for all the delays! I'm as frustrated as you probably are! |
| Jul 26, 2008 | It looks like any emails sent to me during the period between about 5 PM on Thursday and 7 PM on Friday may be in a weird email limbo, and I have not received them. They may show up at a later time, or be lost forever - please contact me again if you sent something during that period! |
